Serving a select client base with my variety of skills and experience. Projects include new websites, re-design, website improvement and maintenance, graphic design (logos, brochures, business cards, online ads, trade booth), copy writing and template customization.

Completely re-designed and maintained multiple corporate websites. Evaluated, planned, developed, coordinated, and executed website content throughout multiple business units (local telephone company as well as wireless, ISP, broadband and directory services divisions). Ensured information was customer-focused and user-friendly. Assisted in hiring replacement web designer when moving within the company to another position. As process analyst, managed projects related to IT solutions (web portal for company intranet, etc).

Provided consulting services and web support to business clients. Planned, researched, created, deployed and maintained website(s) for the company divisions and over 150 clients. Facilitated development of Internet marketing plans, strategies, website content architecture, and graphic design. Planned and executed website project process from moment of conception to post-publication website promotion and ongoing maintenance.

Developed curriculum (including layout and publishing of class textbooks and handouts) and taught several 1-day seminars and 5-week classes throughout the 1998-1999 spring and fall semesters.

Managed multiple projects and deadlines, supervised a team of three, assigned tasks to team members, interfaced with management for team assignments and goals. Developed, wrote and edited online and paper reference documentation for policies, procedures, and proprietary software applications. Wrote and edited ISO 9000 specifications. Over ten years experience designing end-user application interfaces and websites. Have designed over 100 websites of various sizes for various types of companies. Widely read on usability design and customer experience issues (critical to success/ROI of e-commerce websites).

Knowledgeable in many Internet-related areas, with a wide variety of resources available for detailed information on almost any Internet-related subject. Employed as a professional Internet consultant for over six years, serving hundreds of businesses during that time.

Experienced with layout and design for a full range of projects, including logos, stationery, business cards, flyers, brochures, signage, trade booths, and promotional items such as mousepads, coffee mugs, etc. Also skills in illustration for publications (magazine articles, technical manuals), greeting cards, and sequential art (graphic novels, comics, etc).

Managed and participated on teams doing design/programming of Internet applications and websites, multi-phase programming projects (research, design, testing, documentation, implementation), and workflow process improvement (research, analysis, training and implementation). Researched, selected, and worked with outside vendors of various types (software, hardware, services, etc).
