Project: Wordpress E-commerce Subscription Site

It was a delight working with this visionary couple as they set up a ministry website to offer small group bible studies and other church resources. I helped them register the domain names they wanted and found them a good web hosting provider.

They were working on a budget, so I found solutions that would fit their needs at reasonable prices. They already had a merchant account, and we plugged that into Zen Cart, an open source shopping cart solution. They wanted to offer subscriptions to their paid content, so we installed and customized aMember Pro, a subscription software solution.

After designing a custom Wordpress theme, I made sure their functional requirements were met and fit all the pieces together. They learned how to put their products in the cart and membership system and customized their ordering process (emails sent to the customer, invoices, order history pages, etc).

They had a successful launch and have been adding content and taking orders ever since! Their site may look different than originally designed, since they have complete control over placing content on the site, including putting their own ads in an ad rotator on the home page.
